Ethics & Standards: Implement the PBCA Code of Ethics and maintain professional standards of coaching practice.
Communication Mastery: Utilize powerful open-ended questions and active listening techniques in intensive practical workshops.
Strategic Tools: Apply specific technical methodologies to effectively evaluate and guide your future coaching clients.
Day 2: The Diagnostic Suite (BEE & LEE)
Avoiding Pitfalls: Recognize and avoid the top ten common mistakes made by professional business coaches.
Business Effectiveness Evaluation: Audit ten core enterprise pillars to identify immediate profit gaps and growth opportunities.
Leadership Effectiveness Evaluation: Identify executive blind spots while assessing leadership capacity and overall organizational impact.
Case Study Practicum: Practice diagnostic debriefs using real-world scenarios in hands-on, interactive role-play sessions.
Day 3: Behavioral Styles & Client Acquisition
Extended DISC Profile: Master behavioral analysis to understand your own style and accurately profile others.
Adjusting for Impact: Apply the “Platinum Rule” to adapt communication styles for maximum professional client resonance.
Client Builder Sales System: Implement a seven-step consultative enrollment process that avoids traditional, high-pressure sales tactics.
Consultative Selling: Overcome common boardroom objections and position coaching fees as high-value, strategic investments.
Day 4: Practice Launch & Strategic Planning
First Client Meeting: Master the specific agendas and agreements required to successfully launch a new engagement.
Marketing Strategies: Define your target market and develop core messaging for your professional networking plan.
The 90-Day Sprint: Create a concrete action plan utilizing SMART goals for your initial practice launch.
Induction Ceremony: Complete the final certification exam and gain formal induction into the PBCA Network.
Is the CPBC Right For You?
To maintain the high-caliber environment of our cohorts, all applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
10+ Years of Business Ownership
Proven experience scaling and managing an independent enterprise.
Proven Consulting Track Record
Extensive experience delivering high-level professional services to business owners.
Executive Leadership
10+ years in a C-Suite, VP, or Director-level role within a mid-to-large corporation.
Note: We do not train “hobbyists.” This program is strictly for professionals intending to build a high-impact, full-time coaching practice.
Already Certified?
The Membership Acceptance Program (MAP) If you already hold an ICF (International Coaching Federation) credential or equivalent high-level training, you may qualify for our expedited Membership Acceptance Program.
